1) Poor planning will cause difficulties in work in say movement of plant and lorries.
2) If material are located in an inappropriate location, movement to the actual building position may be inefficient.

Shipping containers for storage/office, water tanks, movable toilets, sheds for bathrooms, temporary gates and access roads, generator, hoarding, access scaffoldings
1) Obtain from the designer a site layout plan showing actual position of the building on the site.
2) Relate this to the access roads leading to the site.
3) On paper place your stores, offices, toilets and all other necessary amenities relating to the building in a way where the building area is easily accessible. If possible, set the office at the first floor/elevated level where security and the site manager can view the whole site.
4) Design drive way access road from the gate to the store and if necessary to the location of the building while arranging for reversing/turning curves of the vehicles.
